Diamond Harbour House

This design and build were large in scale. It is a three-story home that was built on a sloping section. Viden had to consider the retaining walls, the concrete slab and the suspended floor on floor.

The home also featured a staircase with exposed steel bars which required a balance of aesthetic and functional considerations. The sheer size of this project made it a challenge for Viden, however, it resulted in a beautifully designed home with ultimate functionality.
